All I can say is that to deny you access to your child, in light of a court ruling for 50/50 custody, is in basic violation of a court order. If you had wanted to, you could have reported her to the authorities and asked for their assistance in helping you gain access to your children. I was divorsed 5 years ago but I got 50,50 shared care of our then 4 year old daughter. But my X was far from happy, she apealead against the judges desion but gained nothing. Then 19th June 2008 she completly stopped me having access to our daughter, I have not seen her since. We have 2 days in court this August and I know I have a Mega battle and I may end up with supervised access!!!!! and I am trying to figure out why.
